Mesaba Negotiations update:  July 14, 2006

The bankruptcy court has granted Mesaba's motion seeking authority to reject the collective bargaining agreements of AMFA, ALPA and AFA. The court also ordered
Mesaba to give ten days notice to the unions before the contracts are imposed. At this time, we have not received that notice.
