Mesaba Negotiations update:  April 19, 2006

The AMFA negotiating team met again today with Mesaba management at the MSP General Offices. We continued discussions with management over costing of their proposal. We also met with representatives of both ALPA and AFA at the ALPA offices in Bloomington to discuss negotiations and share information. There is another status of negotiations conference scheduled with the Bankruptcy court in the Judge's chambers on Friday. This conference is closed to the public and will be attended by the legal teams of all parties.

A schedule for Thursday has not yet been set. An update will follow.
