This letter serves as notification that no eligible nominations were received in response to the May 18, 2006 call for nominations for the Local 33 Safety and Standards position vacant due to Kerry Rustan accepting the Industrial Safety Coordinator position with AMFA National.
The Local 33 LEC may consider filling this position with any eligible Local 33 member in good standing. The LEC selection would need to be confirmed by a vote of the membership at a monthly business meeting.
